Responsibilities

• Lead and complete Virtual Desktop Infrastructure/ Application Delivery Projects including:
• System Assessment, Design, Build, and testing
• System Health Checks & Reports
• Escalation and Problem Management
• Maintain daily time entries and project updates in our CRM/Professional Services Automation System
• Work closely with our Account Managers and other technology teams to create and deliver client facing proposals, consulting documents, and presentations
• Technical document creation (including analysis, reporting, and recommendation summaries)
• Ensure an exceptional client experience with regular proactive communication project updates, and meetings
• Ongoing professional development, education, and certification advancement (training, conferences etc…)
• Be available to assist your team mates 24/7; on call duties are based on rotating team schedule
• Provide expert technical support assistance to clients and our Service Desk
• Prepare and deliver occasional client and internal training for users and support methods.

Required Experience

• 3+ yrs leading the design and build of SMB and/or enterprise VDI solution projects
• 5+ yrs experience in IT; with advanced server and desktop performance management and troubleshooting
• Cloud and Managed Service Provider experience is an asset

Education and Certification

• University Degree and/or related Technical Diplomas are strongly encouraged
• Citrix Virtualization Certification: CCA-V working towards CCP-V or CCE-V (Legacy Citrix certification will be considered; CCEA or CCEE)
• Microsoft: MCP working towards MCSE (Legacy Microsoft MCSA/MCTIP:EA or equivalent will be considered)
